WordPress Suppport | How I Can Help You With WordPress

First, we only help with WordPress.org websites (self-hosted websites), not sites hosted at WordPress.com (a simplified version of WordPress primarily used for blogging). WordPress.org websites have more capabilities and are usually more complex. One of the benefits of WordPress is that it is open source. That is a two edged sword because it also makes WordPress a bit like the wild west. Yes, there are recommended best practices, but many theme designers do not take best practices into consideration.

Based on my experience, you most likely have a theme with either a low end page builder or a theme that is designed with many templates – even  the home page. The result of either of these is that the website is difficult to edit and manage yourself. In many cases, website owners are afraid to update their websites, plugins, etc. They may not have any backups and may not understand how to access the back end of the website to fix problems.
